Balans Snyat Anti-Stress

How wonderful it would be to let all your stress melt away and feel completely at peace.

The Shungite Snyat’ Scepter—which includes two anti-stress rods—has more than proven its worth. Not only in Russia, but also in the Netherlands. We’re hearing more and more about how people feel these rods have helped them.

"How does it work, then?" you might be wondering.

The shungite rod represents the 0-point, and the other one, made of talc chlorite, represents the 1. Hold the shungite (black) rod in your left hand and the gray one in your right hand.

These simple-looking rods make a big impact.

You can feel the stress and anxiety fading away, replaced by peace, calm, and healing.

In Russian, the name “Snyat’ Scepter” means not only “anti-stress wand,” but also “removing the skeptic within us.” The skeptic represents our way of thinking, our “yes, but” attitudes, as well as the obstacles we create for ourselves.

When your inner skeptic falls silent, your heart can once again speak your language of love. Your heart is always beating!

You can use the rods in the following way.

Sit comfortably with your feet on the floor and follow steps 1 through 3.
Take your time—as long as feels right for you.

Grip the rods with your thumbs—the dark one on the left and the light one on the right.
Place your fingertips together and relax.

Move your hands apart carefully.

Snyat Blog 3

Move your hands apart as far as feels comfortable and relaxed.

When you reach a sort of “resistance/limit,” keep your hands in that position. Breathe calmly and stay in touch with your feelings.
Try to stay out of your head and let whatever arises in that moment come to you, without judgment.

Your heart is always beating!

If you feel like you're "done," you can move your hands further apart again until you reach the next "limit" and repeat the same process.

And then you can explore the next “boundary” and stay there until you feel ready to move on.
The three boundaries represent three aspects of our being: body, mind, and soul.

In my experience, the amount of time I need to spend on each boundary can vary from one time to the next. It depends entirely on what’s going on in my life and what I’m already able to face and let go of. Shungite is nonjudgmental and shifts energy from negative to positive.

Do the exercise your own way—anything goes; everyone is different.
If you feel satisfied after thefirst boundary, then stop there.
The exercise described here is just one suggestion of how it can be done; if it feels different to you, then feel free to accept this invitation from Shungite and do it your own way.
