Shipping Policy

Order processing time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days of placement. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee for packages within the Netherlands and Belgium is €6.85. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders of €99 or more.

Delivery method

Your order will be shipped via PostNL. When placing your order, you can choose between home delivery or pickup at a PostNL pickup location.

Tracking Information

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email that you can use to track your shipment. We have no control over the speed or delivery of the shipping service.
